Job Description

    Qualifications And Skills Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Proven experience in HR functions, preferably as an HR Assistant or in a similar role. Knowledge of talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing. Familiarity with payroll procedures and HRIS systems. Understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications.Roles And Responsibilities Assist in talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Participate in the complete end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Support in the implementation. and maintenance of performance enhancement systems. Assist in expanding business opportunities through corporate tie-ups and networking. Facilitate employee management services, including resolving employee issues and grievances. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR processes with organizational goals. Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to continuously improve HR functions. Provide support in various administrative tasks related to HR and office management,
