Job Description

Assess the quality, purity, and weight of gold ornaments presented for the loan.
Use approved methods and tools to evaluate the golds value accurately.
Process gold loan applications, including documentation, eligibility checks, and credit appraisal.
Ensure timely loan disbursements while adhering to bank guidelines.
Interact with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored gold loan solutions.
Ensure excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
Source gold loan applications through walk-ins, referrals, and outreach programs.
Monitor overdue loans and follow up with customers to ensure timely repayments.
Adhere to KYC (Know Your Customer), AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and other regulatory requirements during loan processing.
Safeguard pledged gold assets in the branch vault as per bank security protocols.
Identify and mitigate potential risks in loan disbursement and repayment
Identify cross-selling opportunities for other banking products, such as savings accounts, insurance etc.
Achieve assigned gold loan sales targets through proactive customer acquisition and relationship building.
