Designers Graphic/Visual/UIWe are looking for a creative Designer and Video Editor to join our team who will be responsible to visually present our brand to all stakeholders. Candidate will also be responsible for creating user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for digital products and ensuring a seamless user experience.Experience: 0 - 1 yearLocation: TrivandrumResponsibilitiesConceptualizing visuals based on requirements.Visualize and design Brochures, Posters, Illustrations, Presentations, Proposals, Banners, Mailers, etc.Maintain brand consistency and ensure that all design assets align with the companys visual identity guidelines.Enhance overall look and feel of standard documents.Create short PPT/GIF animations.Editing short and long-form promotional, marketing video and social media content.Incorporate footages, audio and visual effects to enhance the overall quality and storytelling of videos.Design intuitive, user-friendly. and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applicationsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize and test design concepts.Ensuring high standard of quality in deliverables.Work in a wide range of projects and collaborate with groups/teams.Being proactive and ensuring timely completion of assigned work.Come up with new ideas and innovative thinking and provide creative feedback wherever necessary.Build digital assets for marketing campaigns that align with the visuals of similar campaigns across other touch points.Assist in designing websites with wire-framing and UX capabilities.Consistently demonstrate dynamics of a team player, who understands personal and team roles, contribute to a positive work environment, and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback.Requirements/ SkillsBachelors degree or equivalent in related field.Working knowledge of Adobe Suite especially Illustrator, Photoshop, XD/ Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects and InDesign).Good Knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to comprehend instructions, visualize and convert content into meaningful visual presentation.Ability to work as reviewer.Out of the box creative thinking, eye for details and adaptability to new design technologies.Ability to work independently with no or very little supervision.Should be a team playerGood communication skills (both written and verbal,
