Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure synergy between sales and marketing efforts.
    • Lead and manage the state sales team, setting sales targets, and ensuring they are met.
    • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales force.
    • Foster a high-performance sales culture with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
    • Oversee the marketing team in creating and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to support sales objectives.
    • Ensure alignment of marketing activities with the overall sales strategy.
    • Monitor marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize impact.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
    • Utilize market insights to refine sales and marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Manage the sales and marketing budget for the state, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve sales targets and marketing objectives.
    • Provide regular financial reports and insights to senior management.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, operations, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Act as a liaison between the sales and marketing teams, fostering collaboration and communication.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the state.
    • Address customer concerns and feedback, working to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
    • Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing leadership role, preferably within the Textile industry.
    • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to think strategically and execute tactical plans.
    • Proficient in sales and marketing software, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively.
