  1. Requirement of Agency Development Manager- Agency Manager Channel.
Location : Angul,Kendrapada,Baripada,Jajpur30% hike on last salary,Max upto 4 Lacs.Required Qualification: Any graduates
  1. Financial Consultant (FC) channel is one of the fastest growing business verticals.
  2. The FC channel is based on the entrepreneurial model, with an opportunity for the entrepreneurs to build their own business empire.
  3. ADMs are managers leading the FC team, and are responsible for developing and generating business through the FCs.
  4. Recruit /train FC s and advisors.
  5. Help Advisors & FC s with Career Progression.
  6. Enhance FC earnings based on vintage.
  7. Focusing on advisor and FC retention. Focus on Customer retention.
  8. Drive activities for key business drivers.
Skills, Knowledge & Qualifications (Framework required by the position)
  1. Should be a Graduate (any discipline)
  2. Good influencing and negotiation skills
  3. 2-10 years experience in Financial sector preferably insurance
  4. Preferably Local Candidates
