Job Role: Consultant - As a Consultant, you will work on challenging projects especially aimed at community engagement- Devise creative new strategies based on trends, insights and data- Gather, scrutinize, and assess information in order to advise clients- Evaluate resources, advise on additional resources, and use mathematical models to present potential outcomes of a pursued path- Present cost-benefit analysis on new and existing programs as well as make alternative recommendations- Conduct research with an orientation to advise and provide situational analyses that enable our clients to act with speed and confidence- Whether were investigating complex issues or identifying new opportunities, our work always comes down to one thing: unlocking value and creating real, tangible impacts- Collaborate with other teams and different stakeholders to ensure efficiency Required Qualifications: - Graduation/Post-Graduation from a Tier -1 institution [Humanities/Social Sciences preferred] or a PhD- Demonstrated analytical and research skills- Experience in consulting would be an added advantageProfessional experience- Graduates - 3 - 5 years experience- Post-Graduates - 1- 3 years experience Required Skillset - Well-developed core consulting skills of research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail- Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results- Exceptional problem-solving skills - and analytical, innovative, and creative mindset- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills- Ability to be self-directed- Should be reliable, dedicated, eternally upbeatNo. of vacancies: 5Location: Chandigarh, Punjab,
