Greetings!We have an urgent requirement for senior sales executive in Punjab,Interested candidates can share your updated profile toravi.konidena@benfranklin.in (Or) Contact :9100945043Note : Candidates already done the interview with us, please ignore the mail.Duties & Responsibilities:1) Taking care of counter operations in absence of counter in charge.2) Contributing major sales towards counter targets.3) Should maintain/safeguard the Assets & Stocks of the company available in counter & liable for all damages/missings.4) Should maintain the decor of the counter at all times.5) Perform sales at the showroom and assist customers in purchasing spectacles and help them in deciding their lenses, Sell Frames, lenses, and sunglasses.6) Maintain counter area displays of merchandise in an orderly and attractive manner.7) Determine merchandise required by the customer and suggest an alternative and/or additional items related to the customers order.8) Be familiar with all of the optical frame ranges we carry and be able to explain the different features and benefits, as well as the brand values. At all times, the Customer should be offered the premium product in both frames and lenses.9) Create sales order, Dispense right product to customer & ensure order get delivered on said due date.10) Should maintain a cordial relationship with Doctors, Hospital Staff & Hospital management.11) Should achieve given Counter / Individual Business Target on monthly basis.12) Should adhere the process / policies part of SOP laid by the company.Regards,Ravi
