Accountable for sales number for a area as advised by TM. Execute the Territory business plan(including forcasting, and sales volume achievement). Focus on farmers and maintain relationships. Service the farmer & data collection in coordination with TM and TSM/TSE Identify, add and manage farmers and dealers to achieve teritory sales volume. Appoint dealers in consulation with TM and ASM. Add farmers to existing dealers Collect feedback from dealers/market/ competition/farmers and report to TM. Manage appropriate communication between the company and dealers /farmers.
