Co-Ordinate with Architect, Consultants, contractors, site staff & daily reporting to PM .Execute various sites of Residential & Industrial Construction , from foundation to Interior finished work Execution of Project as per drawings including RCC, Brickwork & Plaster, Plumbing, Electrification etc.Prepare Base line schedule of work in Coordination with Project team.Coordinate with Architect, Structural Designers & Consultants. Reviewing & Negotiating with suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors, prepare contract documents& implementing the same after getting approval from the management.Procurement & Reconciliation of all the materials as per drawings & Physical stock Studying Technical specifications, drawings, BOQ items before commencing any activity.Prepare independent micro execution plans & executed as per scheduled time frame..Billing of all the work done quantities & checking the R A bills of contractors.Maintaining records of site activities & daily reporting to PM & GM of work progress.Preparation of Estimates as per drawings, Prepare Requisition & Procurement of materials. Taking out quantities of all items & its Procurement.Taking joint measurements with contractors, checking & finalize the bills.Supervision of site including Civil works, Installation of Pump, Plumbing, Electrification etc.Co-Ordinate with departments officers & Engineers for drawings & Execution of work.Entire Project responsibilities till Finishing the project will be the crucial and important.
