Drive test Tools exp Needed with One or more tools - Probe, TEMS, Agilent, Windcatcher 2G, 3G and 4G Drive Test Experience Prepare documentation and report (Justification Packages, Closeout packages, etc. ) for the entire site visited.(2G and 3G Report). Exporting Log files on to Map info and text formats for analyzing. Making Coverage Plot , Making new road Map- with GPS and Map Info Software. Analyze drive test log files for new site, swapped and new additional TRX on air site, by making sure frequency were correctly assigned, site was absorbing traffic, all type of Handovers was in order etc Checking and Analyzing the RF Quality, Coverage, Interference, Handover Behavior and Traffic Distribution aspects Drive test the area surrounding the site to determine the coverage and handover. Checking the sites for any Drop calls and call congestion. RF Tools Awareness: Huawei - Probe, ACTIX Analyzer, ATOLL, and WINOT, MapInfo, GPS, MapInfo 8.0, and TEMS10.1.2, TEMS 8.2.5 , Microsoft Street and Trips, and GPS tool Experience. Technology: UMTS, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM, HSDPA. Drive test: Cluster drive, Stationary drive, IRAT, 911 testing, IFHO handovers testing. Responsibilities: Perform detailed and technically in- depth site survey functions at user locations as required in order to assess/ analyze site preparedness, develop implementation plans and associated cost estimates Coordinate with users, site/ base support and or facilities personnel, network manager(s) and controllers, long haul and local carriers for installation, cutover, activation, deactivation planning and execution Perform installation/ de- installation/ upgrade/ interface actions associated with network components at user locations Facilitate and finalize all aspects of site acceptance Provide functional guidance, supervision, technical support, training and quality assurance/ quality control to associate and intermediate personnel Support senior staff as required and ensures customer requirements and project milestones are met,
