Job Description

    • Skill Group: Project Systems
    • Mandatory Skills: PS
    • SAP PS Consultant with B.E./B.Tech/ MCA/M.Tech/MBA and having minimum 8 years of
    • experience and 2 to 3 end to end implementation experience in Power Generation,
    • Transmission and Distribution companies in India and outside India and experience in
    • public sector.
    • Good configuration knowledge of PS structures: WBS, Network, Milestones, Cost
    • Planning, Budgeting, Material Requirement planning, Project quotation, Time sheets,
    • Goods issues, and other project management activities in SAP PS.
    • Good Configuration knowledge of Status Profile, Selection Profile, Project Profile,
    • Settlement Profile, Network Profile, Network Type,
    • Good Configuration knowledge of Activity Control Key, Access Control Key, Cost
    • Component, Execution Service Profile, Budget Management, Number Ranges for
    • Budgeting, Revenues and Earnings, WBS Scheduling Parameters, Versions,
    • Other Areas of Responsibility
    • Should have hands on experience of detailed analysis of complex business process
    • requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and
    • document customer requirements
    • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, Map client business requirements,
    • processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients'
    • needs.
    • Design, customize, configure and testing of PS module, Identify gaps, issues and work
    • around solutions.
    • Integration knowledge with CO, FI and MM, SD, PM, and PP.
    • Document functional designs, test cases and results.
    • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Provide
    • consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
    • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
    • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
    • Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior
