Job Description

    Must-Have**(Ideally should not bemore than 3-5)1. Strong functional & technical understanding on COTS products(CDS, LIMS, ELN, SDMS etc.) used in Laboratory Informaticsarea in Pharma industry2. Evaluate the products used extensively and compare themagainst industry standards3. Complete understanding of the customer landscape to meet thecompanys current and future requirements4. Assist in achieving short and long term goals related to productgrowth5. Work on proposals, estimation and presentations6. Work as a liaison between the customer and the delivery teamGood-to-Have1. Experience with risk based approaches for IT Applicationdevelopment.2. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, andwork in an unstructured environment.3. Excellent oral and written communication skills4. Experience of working in a DevOps environment5. Knowledge on Tableau and PowerBI6. Analyze metrics to continually improve the existing productsSN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role1 Perform detailed analysis of the products used by the customer2 Evaluate the products and compare them against industry standards3 Provide in-depth knowledge to ramp up the team as well as maintain required skill level in theexisting team4 Responsible for managing a team of analysts, developers, testers and drive delivery5 Ensure that all GxP Systems are Audit/Inspection ready6 Understand architecture of customer products and analyze their impact on the overallfunctioning of the systems7 Risk Management, lead and own deliverables without much supervision
