Job Description

    Job OverviewAs a Purchase Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of raw materials, equipment, and services needed for our pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.Eligibility- Graduate/Post Graduate Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar procurement role Strong knowledge of procurement principles, processes, and best practices Excellent negotiation and communication skills Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers Proficiency in using procurement software or systems Good analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of pharmaceutical procurement regulations and practices is preferredRoles And Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of raw materials, equipment, and. services Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers, ensuring favorable pricing, quality, and delivery terms Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or concerns Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as production, quality control, and finance, to ensure seamless procurement processes Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information Manage inventory levels and optimize inventory turnover Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to make informed purchasing decisions Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and compliance Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements,
