Market Development:- Develop and execute strategies to expand market presence in Haryana and Uttarakhand.- Collaborate with a team member to visit markets daily, identifying potential customers and establishing relationships.2. Product Knowledge:- Possess in-depth knowledge of the companys hardware and sanitary fittings products.- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and competitors products.3. Communication:- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively convey the value proposition of the companys hardware fittings to potential clients.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions.4. Feedback Collection:- Gather feedback from the market regarding the companys hardware and sanitary fittings products, noting strengths and limitations.- Report findings to the management team to aid in product improvement and development.5. Sales Target Achievement:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.- Regularly review and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure goals are met.6. Market Intelligence:- Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.- Provide insights and recommendations to the management team based on market intelligence.7. **Team Collaboration:- Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.8. *Documentation:*- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.- Prepare and submit timely reports on sales performance.
