Job Title: SAP EPROCUREMENT SRMJob Type: Full-TimeLocation: Panchkula HaryanaExperience:5-8 YearsJD:Roles and Responsibilities:SRM Lead (Supplier Relationship Management)SAP SRM Consultant with B.E./B.Tech/ MCA/M.Tech/MBA and having a minimum 5 to 7 years of experience and 3 to 4 end-to-end implementation experience in Power Generation, Transmission, and Distribution companies in India and outside India and experience in the public sector.Requirement gathering from the site and analysis of the same for feasibility in the SAP landscape.Preparation of functional specification documents and technical specs.Carrying out configuration changes as applicable.Working with application developers to deliver the requirements and creation of custom objects wherever necessary.Develop and analyze Functional Requirement Specifications for new Enhancements.Configure Number Ranges in SRM-associated backend system.Configure middleware parameters for master data replication.Configure Product Category Product Master replication.Configure Vendor Master Replication.Configure Qualification questionnaire, sending this questionnaire to supplier registered e-mail.Evaluation of registered supplier and e-mail communication about the response.Creation, modification of supplier along with workflow triggers to approve the changes. Locking and unlocking of suppliers.Categorize products which will help suppliers & Buyers to search, also categorize supplier based on product which will help in notification in case of change.Assigning sources of supply for purchasing requirements where SAP SRM will provide sourcing relevant information that will enable the buyer to select the most appropriate source of supply.Creation of document with questions on item or header level, different functionality includes create standalone or sourced through requirement Bid invitation, use of template to help create Bids faster. Bids can be made public or restricted based on business requirement.Handle complex scenario such as single document has both materials and services line items, Pricing arrangements beyond fixed price can be created on the header and /or item level, documents can have hierarchical line item structures that differentiate one or multiple data elements on a subline levelConfigure shopping cart which allows to add items using different methods like Old purchase order and template, Internal catalogs and external catalogs.Contract creation in SAP SRM system and replicating in other systems.Configure HR and SRM integration settings for Org Structure replication from ECC to SRMCreation of test documents for the site to carry out UAT.Participate in daily checkpoint meetings and provide status to Project management team.Responsible for maintaining the Punch out catalogue and its integration via OCI to SRM ServerProvide Production Support to users in issues pertaining to SUS, ROS, RFx, and MDM Catalogs.Monitoring the Master Data replication from MM to SRM, providing the support in case of any replication failures.Work with Supplier enablement team to support the supplier on boarding process and provide training to suppliers.Troubleshooting the Workflow related issuesResponsible for SRM Org Structure maintenance.Monitoring RFC queues and xml messages.Resolution of SAP defects via SAP OSS, research and implementation of applicable notes Other Areas of ResponsibilityShould have hands on experience of detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirementsFacilitate workshops to collect business requirements, Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.Design, customize, configure and testing of SRM module, Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.Document functional designs, test cases and results.Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
