Job Title: SAP Fuel Management ConsultantJob Type: Full-TimeLocation:Haryana-PanchkulaExperience: 8-12 YearsJD:SAP FSCM with B.E./B.Tech/ MCA/M.Tech/MBA and having minimum 8 to 12 years of experience and 5 to 6 end-to-end implementation experience in Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution companies in India and outside India. The candidate should be a SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant with significant ECC and SCM implementation experience in the Oil and Fuel sector. Experience in Utilities sector would be an advantage. The candidate will be expected to lead the design; build, test, and support of SAP-driven Supply Chain optimization projects in the Power Generation industry for Fuel management and help further develop further SCM delivery capability. The candidate should have experience of leading full lifecycle SAP implementations in Fuel Supply Chain Management, including Remote Logistics Management (RLM). As an FSCM consultant you should be very well conversant with all the Business Function sets for Fuel, Coal, Oil & Gas with Utilities, Commodity Management Business Functions. As an FSCM consultant should have very good knowledge of Inbound logistics management, Storage and operations, Outbound logistics management. Should have in-depth knowledge of Strategic freight management, Order management, Transportation Planning, Transportation execution, Freight logistics collaboration, Global track and trace, Real-time alerts, and notifications. Should be very well versed with, Order and appointment planning, Yard execution and processing, Integration, and monitoring Should be very good at Transportation resource tracking and monitoring, Empty resource movement optimization, Transportation resource planning, Supply and demand forecasting, Event-triggered alerts. Procurement process of Coal as fuel. Capture the Fuel Sampling and Analysis at Loading and Unloading point. Ability to compare results between Loading and Unloading points. Capture quality results on GCV, Moisture, Ash content, Sulphur. Coal grade/Qualities identification based on the Rake information. Identity Stock of Coal based on classification. Creation and handling of Master data for Fuel to captures various information which enables to Plan/Procure and perform Quality analysis and to capture the detailed information on Material /Stock/Heat value and Quality results. Should be able to configure and set up Contract /Transportation & Logistics/Purchasing and Materialisation. Requirement Planning for coal as fuel for Annual and Monthly Plan for Coal procurement, Perform Planning Process considering the available stock on Hand, consider unit wise demand and consolidating per Power Station, consolidate the overall demand across power stations, plan output to enable efficient Rail Movement program Planning, simulate forecast of demand for new plants.Other Areas of Responsibilities Should have hands-on experience of detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements, Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs. Design, customize, configure and test of FSCM Module, Identify gaps, issues, and work around solutions. Document functional designs, test cases, and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements. Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team. Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. Assist in the training and support end-users on the use of these systems to accomplish business objectives and improve the operational efficiency and analysis capability of the organization.
