You will lead by example, motivating and developing a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding our brand standards.Key Responsibilities:
    • Sales Leadership:Drive sales performance by setting clear sales targets, coaching and mentoring the sales team, and leading by example on the showroom floor.
    • Customer Experience:Ensure every customer receives outstanding service by maintaining a welcoming and visually appealing showroom environment, actively engaging with customers to understand their needs, and providing expert product knowledge and guidance.
    • Team Development:Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and support to help them reach their full potential.
    • Inventory Management:Manage showroom inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels, conducting regular stock checks, and coordinating with relevant departments to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
      • Operational Excellence:Oversee showroom operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
      • Promotions and Events:Plan and execute promotional events and sales initiatives to drive traffic to the showroom and increase sales opportunities.
      • Reporting and Analysis:Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.Qualifications:
        • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
        • Proven experience in retail sales, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
        • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
        • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset.
        • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
        • Knowledge of [industry/niche] products and market trends preferred.
