This position is available off rolls for a Software Mnc firm based at Blore.Domain experience on Lms - Learning Management System or E- Learning domain is mandatory.Candidates available to join at short notice need only apply !Job Skills:Plan the learning program based on the category of programs and the defined process and procedures.Partner with stakeholders to understand the learning objectives of every session planned and to be able to create necessary plan of action.Create a checklist of all that needs to be done for the successful delivery of the program.Ensure any risks / issues that are foreseen and highlighted and escalated appropriately.Ensure Kick-off meetings are done with all stakeholders to be aware of the plans.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with stakeholders/third parties/vendorsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationCoordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
