Skills: Techno Functional, Team Management, , Network Operations Engineer, Network administrator Industry: IT/Computers - Hardware, IT/Computers - Software Functional Area: IT Core functions include: Manage and _ develop the Network Operations function ensuring Incidents, and Requests are delivered within SLA, including requests for Escalation. Leading and/or Troubleshooting Major Incidents, or complex problems within the infrastructure when they arise. To provide metrics and reporting for the reporting generated by the Infrastructure Operations Team To undertake requests, incidents and problems in support of the delivery of services provided by infrastructure services. Ensuring Internal Handovers are completed and all documentation is updated. The role includes a shift rotational covering 7am 9pm on three different shifts: early, middle and late. They will also be required to participate in the out of hours on-call roster (currently 1 week in 5). Ensure the Network Operations team members have a clear technical development plan in accordance with current policies.
