Handling responsibility of Complete Heat Treatment shop. Responsible for getting the production done as per Production plan as per the quality standards by minimizing the wastages & optimum use of resources . In depth knowledge of HT processes like Carbonitriding, Carborizing, Hardening and Tempering. Material Testing (Micro, macro and grain size, structure analysis. Process validation and setting for different material grades components Knowledge of various Inspection and process control instruments Knowledge of various HT furnaces like Sealed quench furnace, Pit type GCF furnace Knowledge of TPM , QC, HT PROCESS Knowledge , Manpower Handling Experience of Heat Treatment Process , Experience of TPM company will be added advantage, ISO14001, OHSAS 18000, TS 16949, QC circle Canidates Profile 1.Testing of Material 2. Exposure to material Specification Skills 3.Heat Treatment Process Skils 4 Study of micro Structure 5.Use of HT Equipment 6. Operation Furnance Skills 7.Fire Prone Safety Maintenance 8.
