Job Description

Position- Operations ExecutiveIndustry -IT/Data ManagementEducation -Any GraduateExperience- Min 1 year in managing operations andRecords or Documents ManagementSalary- 15k/month in Hand (Accomodation provided by company)Location - Patiala (On Project deputation)Responsibilities -

  • Manage overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.
  • Analyze process workflow, employee and space requirements for digitization project.
  • Ensure safe and efficient operations.
  • Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues.
  • Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems.
  • Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with companys policies and applicable laws.
  • Accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Meet or exceed operations labor budget expectations
  • Manage staff levels, wages, hours, contract labor to revenues
  • Responsible for all department managers and supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
  • Serve as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service.
