Job Description

    Day to day activity requires :- order receiptand Billing- Invoice creation / documentation and Data entry in Excel- Invoice verificationwith ongoing discount and schemes- Responsibility to ensure dispatch is done within 24 hours- Maintaining all above data in excel and providing daily report to managemnt- Receiving expiry stock from market and preparing excel report of same- Payment collection of invoices and updation in software- ledger understanding, debit and credit note understanding- email communication with sales team and stockists- Taking inventory purchase in software and verifying the same- Monthly stock verification- Claims settlement and record keeping
