Job Description

    Only candidates currently in Bihar or Open to relocate to Bihar,Job Description This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced industry professional with strong full-stack development and leadership skills to join and add value to a dedicated and friendly team. We are looking for a Senior Programmer who is passionate about software development, requirement analysis, and implementing compliant solutions. As a core member of the Development Team, the candidate will take ownership of projects by working independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful and skilled professional with at least 5 years of experience in independently handling programming tasks on multiple projects. You must be proficient in full-stack development using SQL Server 2008 or higher as a back end and ASP.Net/Core with MVC as a front-end framework. Experience in Crystal Reports, version control tools like TFS and GitHub, and a strong understanding of healthcare domain requirements and compliance standards are essential. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying applications while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.Key Responsibilities Independently develop and maintain software solutions using SQL Server, ASP.Net/Core, and MVC. Create and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures in SQL Server 2008 or higher. Implement and generate reports using Crystal Reports. Set up and maintain version control systems like TFS and GitHub. Conduct requirement analysis and gather specifications, especially for healthcare projects. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, including DPDP acts and other data privacy laws. Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in software development and compliance.Candidate ProfileRequired Qualifications :Qualification : MCA or BE/B. Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology. Minimum 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer. Hands-on experience in at least 3 independent projects using SQL Server 2008 or higher, ASP.Net/Core, and MVC. Strong expertise in Crystal Reports for reporting and data visualization. Experience in setting up and managing version control systems like TFS and GitHub. In-depth knowledge of the healthcare domain, including requirement analysis and gathering.(ref:hirist.tech),
