Job role:Design &Development of CRM application/software, its configuration & troubleshootingDesign &Development of Mobile App and its configurationTesting & Deployment of all 11 modulesPreparation of user manual and admin manual & its submissionb. Job role:In order to effectively run the system and to provide the 24x7 support, 4 resources needs to bedeputed for customer care center1 resource will be available in each shifts. Technical support shall ensure the SLA of the software and shall hand hold the customer care center agents for any software related issues. He shall coordinate with backend teams as may be required.b. Qualification:B.Tech/BE /BCAc. Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in operating CRM system and Dialer/CUCM/EPBAX environment and voice related tools and software.
