Monitor and review the weekly report of L-3
Enquiry analysis
Dropped enquiries
Open Quotations
Orders Lost
Reference / self-generated enquiries
Below the line sales promotion activities
Prepare a plan to achieve the sales targets.
Comprehensive review of sales with L-1 every week
Plan with L-1 to conduct marketing activities / Sales promotions in the region
Work on grooming, retaining talent and maintaining motivation level in the team
Identify the challenges faced by L-3, L-4, Customers and work on resolving them
Knowledge about current market
Identifying geographic segments / new markets for expansion in consultation with L-1
Manage the key opinion leaders Architects, Builders
Handling Irate customers
Handling high value customers / Key accounts management
