Regional Sales Manager :Location:PATNACoverings: Entire Bihar, Central & Eastern U.P, JharkhandQualification: Graduation from any discipline are applicable.Ctc : 6lakh other allowances and incentivesAge : Up to 42 Yrs.Segments: Opthal & DentalExperience : Having minimum 1 or 2 years of Experience in Opthal & Dental or either of the segments as a Regional Sales manager. Or Having Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in the same segments as an ASM.Responsibilities: Having experience of Launching and Establishing a new Division in the respective Region. Planning and structuring the business and team based on optimum business outcome.Analyze market trends and competitors activities in the region. Control and Monitor Team performance towards compliance and ethical working. Conduct monthly review meeting for analyzing sales performance. Key stockiest management to regulate inventory and outstanding. Recruitment, induction, training and development of the team members. Keep regular field work with team.
