The role involves analyzing market trends, tracking campaign performance, optimizing conversion funnels, and building strong relationships with educational institutions and other stakeholders.The Sales MarketingManager will also oversee content and promotional initiatives, coordinate events or workshops, and contribute to brand-building efforts in the region. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna. Qualifications- Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and relationship-building with institutional and individual clients.- Candidates should possess marketing strategy and campaign management skills, including market analysis, brand positioning, and performance tracking.- Candidates should possess digital marketing skills such as social media marketing, email marketing, and basic analytics to support data-driven decisions.- Candidates should possess communication and presentation skills to clearly convey value propositions and engage diverse stakeholders.- Candidates should possess organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.- Relevant experience in EdTech, education services, or technology-focused startups is beneficial.- A bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and a strong interest in AI, future-ready skills, and student career development are highly valued.
