Job Description

Senior Manager / AGM - ProjectsRoles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for supervision and management of the overall project execution as per the agreeddesign and cost parameters.Responsible to ensure all resources for the project available as per plan to meet deadlines and toensure quality and safety standards maintained while achieving time and cost targets fixed foreffective completion of project.Also responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements at site.To review and if required further detail project plan prepared by Central Planning cellTo coordinate with local architects and contractors to ensure that detailed plans are made in linewith the agreed PlanTo coordinate and ensure that the project site is ready (free from any encumbrances) before theactual construction starts, for example, land acquisition, ensuring the land is free of anyencroachments, utility shifting etc.To ensure availability of materials, equipment etc that are to be provided at site and coordinate toensure the sameTo supervise work at site to ensure that contractors are executing as per contract and to requiredquality and contract specifications and work completion is on scheduleTo provide technical guidance on site whenever && wherever required and resolving critical issues onsite and be the single point of coordination with the Regional and HO as requiredTo monitor the costs at Site periodically and ensure they are within budget.To ensure that there is a conducive and safe work environment at the siteTo assist where required in the selection of local vendors and contractors/sub-contractorsInterested Candidate sends their updated resume (hidden_email) Call for more details at hidden_mobile, hidden_mobile on MondaytoSaturdayat10:00AM to 6:30 PM
