As a Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at construction sites, ensuring that all work is completed on time and according to specifications. You will manage a team of workers, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. The Site Supervisor will also monitor progress, resolve any issues that arise, and maintain accurate records of work performed.Qualifications Previous. experience as a Site Supervisor or in a similar role Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in construction management is a plus,
