Job Description

    Position-Field Officer/ Circle HeadLocation : PondicherryExperience : 2+ years of experienceSalary Bracket : 3.2 LPAEmployment Type: Full -TimeQualifications: Graduation -
    • He is responsible to Manage Team size of 8 to 15.
    • Should be Disciplinarian and responsible for Team punctuality at all field/office meeting.
    • He is responsible for Achieving 100% Branch Sales Budgets.
    • He Need to Maintain 100% On roll and min of 90% Operative.
    • He need to Review and update his Team performance & Reports to his immediate superior on daily / weekly/ monthly basis as per policy.
    • He is accountable for 100% Receivables.
    • Need to Ensure min of6 Appointment and 3 product Presentations per CSS.
    • He need to Ensure monthly 60 presentations with his CRC members.
    • Is responsible to educate and adhere Code of conduct to his Team members He is responsible to Recruit Min of 2 CSS per month thru various recruitment activities.
