Job Description

This position candidate owns Eaton 3Ph UPS and components localization, customization and solutions and follows Eaton PROLaunch process.
Supports for customer field issues resolution, features enhancement, value engineering, new design proposals and product sustenance.
Helps to reduce the import content by focusing on localization of critical parts like 3Ph UPMs, PCBAs and electronic components.
Plays major role in identifying alternate electronic parts to ensure smooth production of 3Ph PCBAs.
Helps to do product benchmarking and identifies gaps and proposes design ideas to enable the business to plan and position products at expected price in the market.
Proposes innovative ideas to reduce the product design and manufacturing cost.

B.Tech or BE
Min.4-6years on Power Electronic Related Products
Good knowledge of UPS topologies and power devices such as IGBT, MOSFET, DIODE and Integrated circuit.
Understanding of PCBAs assembly, ICT and FCT testing.
Root cause analysis, Project handling and Presentation.
