Job Description

Job Responsibility:The role would include acquiring Small Business relationships to act as Distributors or Retail Point of Sales for technology enabled sales of Insurance products. The service providers or Points of Sale would include Auto Garages, Parking Lots, Hospitals, and the like.The ideal candidate for this role would be a field sales Exec from FMCG, Automotive Supply chain including Spares & Consumables supplier, Helmet & other accessory distributors, TPA coordinators to name a fewKey Result Areas:

  1. Prepare the field beat plan and ensure coverage of market area.
  2. Acquisition of small business owners and freelancers as Point-of-sales Persons (POS) in their respective area of operation.
  3. Activation of the on-boarded POS-Retailers.
  4. Achievement of targets of POS registrations & number of Insurance policies
  5. Managing a team of Business Promoters
  6. Mentoring & training the Business promoters
Key Attributes:
  1. Demonstrable track record of successful relationship based sales
  2. Service orientation
  3. Access to a reasonable base of potential POS - Retailers in at least one of the above categories
  4. Ability to mentor & manage 5-10 junior team members (Business promoters)
  5. Good network within the local area of operation (target locations)
  6. Good Communication skills (local language or English or Hindi as applicable)
  7. Past Sales experience between 2-5 years
  8. Ability to work under pressure
  9. Organised & ability to adopt a systematic approach towards assigned projects
