Do you have a passion for identity and access management like thinking abstractly about the difference between an entity, identity and an account Continually enjoy looking at innovative ways to mitigate risk and manage access governance challenges from an Technology, process and risk perspective We re looking for someone like that who can help us: provide front to back ownership a suite of access governance products providing Entitlement Management Capabilities to the business end to end including capability roadmaps, stakeholder engagement, operational issues and risk management lead a multi-location team of 30+ resources of engineers, business analysts and product managers to achieve delivery of requirements with minimal issues in the planned timelines drive significant change (people, process and technology) within the Entitlement Management capability as we look to transform it to provide a better user experience, more automation while managing risk effectively prioritize ruthlessly the delivery of features within the capability based on business and regulatory needs ensure compliance with security policies and effective controls, adhere to architecture and technology standards, ensure maintainability and cost effectiveness of the products within the capability check, verify and guide relevant programme and project working groups from a product perspective negotiates and manages product related Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) with internal providers (e.g. production support or Quality Assurance) and underpinning contracts with external parties be a point of escalation and collaboration for stakeholders for your capability oversee budgets for the operational and change initiatives within the capabilityYour Career ComebackWe are open to applications from career returners. Our role is to provide services and products for access governance across UBS globally. We help by managing the life-cycle of identities, request and approval workflow systems, provisioning of entitlements, management of access right metadata as well as access review and certification solutions across the bank, knowledge and experience of the Identity & Access Management Domain (Ideally 5+ years) high quality IT knowledge in large financial organizations (Ideally 7+ years) in-depth experience of fundamental IAM processes identity lifecycle management, annual review, request and approval, Segregation of Duties, provisioning etc have experience of any vendor identity and access management product or experience with building a service orientated architecture for access governance a strong technical background, from an engineering and program management perspective good architectural skills to be able to critique designs, and in occasionally propose your own experience of managing large global projects and working with global teams in a large corporate environment experience of facing off to internal and external auditors such that issues are dealt with effectively a leader of people, able to understand different cultures and points of view to delivery success. a change agent; not afraid to challenge the status quo and do things differently experienced and comfortable working with senior level stakeholders (up to Managing Director level). an excellent communicator, both in person and when writing materials and able-to deal with both business and technical stakeholders comfortable taking accountability for issues and trusting in your colleagues to support you highly organized to cope with heavy demand and able to prioritize effectively collaborative and can comfortably work with challenging internal and external stakeholders
