Job Description

Sales role where the person is responsible for end-to-end management of a set of accounts for Dells Commercial business in India. The person would be responsibleto drive the sale of Dells client, enterprise, software & services offerings in these accounts. The account set would be a mix of India based MNCs, Corporates, Medium Business.Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end ownership of set of Dell Accounts and increase the SOW for Dell in those accounts.
  • Leads the sales process and utilizes all available resources to manage the accounts.
  • Understand the customers business and solution requirements and drive sales by positioning of Dell value propositions.
  • Will carry a revenue and margin target.
  • Engaging & managing the relationships at the highest level in the account.
  • Develop and plan account strategies and activities for specified accounts such as, selecting products for calls, identifying buyer influences, overcoming objections,
  • Introducing new products, making sales presentations and negotiating discount points.
  • Customarily and regularly engaged with decision makers at client facilities in performing primary duties.
Role Requirements:
  • 15+ years of sales experience in IT hardware / solution selling is preferred
  • Sound understanding of client & enterprise products (desktop, laptops, server, storage, services)
  • Experience in dealing with large corporates
  • should have excellent communication skills
  • Should be able to articulate the views and effectively interact at CXO level and clients.
