Throughout the industry there is mounting pressure on organizations to do more, requiring a clear technology strategy that not only addresses the demands of today, but also enables the growth and performance of tomorrow.What you will be doing:Should be well versed in working of library functions for automation framework with VB scriptsExposure to Selenium or any other equivalent test automation frameworkGood knowledge on developing and analyzing test data and resultsShould be able to correlate business scenarios with test casesShould have good exposure to test management and should be able to maintain metricsPerforms tasks to ensure compliance with work group and client-specific procedures to further guarantee adherence to service level agreements.Performs customer and account maintenance per reports, client workflow solution, postal mail or by direct instruction from immediate supervisorDirects all work requests from sources outside the department to immediate supervisor for consideration and approvalAnswers incoming telephone calls and direct calls to appropriate resource for resolution.
