This position is for Electrification Plant to be based in Pune/ Chakan. Availing of credit as per Statutory Law [including VAT , Central Excise Service Tax] Follow up with customer for outstanding and account all the Collections in time Timely payment for TDS , Sales Tax , Excise and Service Tax Issue of TDS certificate Customer reconciliation and inter- company reconciliation Warranty and Royalty accounting Expert knowledge in SAP- FICO Import and Export procedure Inventory Management including sub- contract accounting GL account reconciliation Month closing activities Co- ordination with Auditor [ Excise audit , CERA audit , Service Tax Audit , VAT Audit , Internal Audit , Statutory Audit and Sox audit] Develop , Upgrade skills of team members , Interchangeability Create good team culture. Job Requirements: Specific Skills / Personal Attributes: B.com/ M.com , ICWA will be an added advantage 8 - 12 years of work experience in plant controlling/ finance team Knowledge in direct and Indirect Taxation , assessment and related processes Handling of all Statutory compliances , interactions with the department [GST , etc] - monthly return submission , representing organization for hearing by department (if any) AR and AP Management Experience of inventory accounting including sub- contract accounting Knowledge of SOX and US GAAP preferred Expert knowledge in SAP- FICO and MS Office Good communication (spoken and written) Proven competency in Analytics , System , Data Management capabilities Proactive Ability to coordinate with other departments and exhibit good team- work Adaptability and flexibility.
