    Job Description 1. Maintaining day to day accounts record in Tally. 2. Prepare delivery challan, Sale Invoice and E-way bills. 3. Handling Petty Cash. 4. Handling Bank transactions and Monthly Bank Reconciliation. 5. Prepare Purchase orders and Purchase bills entries. 6. Monthly TDS working and quarterly TDS return filing. 7. Monthly GST R1 working. 8. Monthly GSR 3B working. 9. Checking of GSTR 2A. 10. Debtors/ Creditors Ledger Reconciliation. 11. Follow weekly Creditors Payment cycle. 12. Debtors Follow up. 13. Prepare monthly salary working and prepare salary slips of all employees. 14. Prepare and submit monthly expenses data reports. 15. Filing of documents in proper system. 16. Co-Ordinate with CA for audit and Income tax return filing.
