DM Technology Security Risk, Compliance & Audits Location : Pune Experience : 4 8 Years Function : Technology - IT & Systems Vacancy : 1 The role involves working with central and circle based teams to ensure: Ensure SOX management testing requirements such as design testing and operating effectiveness testing are completed within the group timelines through the year. Ensure that all gaps identified are reported and remediated as per agreed timeframes and annual certifications completed. Perform and ensure that ICFR internal management testing requirements pertaining to documentation, design and operating effectiveness testing are completed within the agreed timeframes and reporting completed as per board reporting schedules. Support SOX, ICFR and Statutory audit requirements from the external auditors for GITC s as applicable are completed on time, clarifications if any, are provided and issues closed. Support other statutory and regulatory audits and conduct internal sample based reviews of circles and central teams; support other compliance projects.
