Accounts Payable AnalystAssigned Recruiter(s)Waiting for ApprovalJob DescriptionMedline is continuing to expand our operations in Pune and is looking for an Associate Account Representative, to quote and revise Sterile Procedure trays.Request samples, Communicate all aspects of requests through completion with originator.The goal of this job is to ensure accuracy of the quotes and ensure timely reports in proper manner.RequirementsSome of the responsibilities are:Cross reference competitive medical components to SPT equivalent component # s and/ or Medline brand component.Create all necessary quotes, new or existing.Making appropriate component changes including; added items, deletions, quantity changes under general and direct guidance.Use existing systems (Quote System, Medpack, Access) to generate reports necessary to perform business requests.Must manipulate large amounts of data in Excel efficiently and accurately.Convert PDF files to excel.Translate data from various languages to English.Review Packdraw system Finished Good Layout and document special operations; outer fold and/ or placement.New Tray quote and closing for component surplus.Write and submit ECN s.Sample coordination, request tray prototypes and component evaluations for sales force and/ or Customers.Provide cost, pricing, margin and product information to Internal Teams.Audit Data tables to compare AS400 to Quote System Admin.Source/ set up new components with outside vendors and set up new item # s.Identifying and communicating on all margin improvement opportunities, including by not limited to product conversions.Post migration system tests of Quote System and Medpack.Work in a team atmosphere with 17+ other Account Representatives and 3 Project SpecialistsSkills / Experience / QualificationsExperience providing customer service to internal and/ or external customers including meeting quality standards for services.Intermediate to Advanced level skills in MS -Excel, MS-AccessGood Analytical SkillsStrong and polished English communication, both written and verbal.ResponsiveAbility to work independently and proactivelyDeadline and detail orientated individualSAP and/ or AS400 experience preferred but not required.Educational QualificationAny Graduate/ Post Graduate2-4 years of relevant experienceBenefitsA direct, full-time employment in a large, stable, rapidly growing and yet profitable company.No ill effects of recent downturn/ recession.First-rate compensation and benefits package.Open door and highly ethical work culture, with due accountability.Required SkillsData Management,
