Location: Pune
  • 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in most if not all aspects of facility. Management / administration such as travel desk, housekeeping, event management, pantry services, MIS, procurements & compliance management.
  • Ability to work independently with good organizational, stakeholder management, multi - tasking abilities & willing to collaborate on initiatives.
  • Responsible for directing all facility personnel to assist in day - to - day operations and in completion of projects.
  • Provide assistance to FM in all administrative functions, and Facility services and any other administrative functions deemed by Client.
  • Ownership of the Day to day administration, including reports generation of the stocks tracker.
  • Control & manage fire & safety related issues and work to provide a safe working environment for the employees.
  • Identify & work closely with vendors to source the best services for the organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for facility management services including housekeeping & pantry services in the office. Ensuring upkeep of the entire office at all times.
  • Play a crucial role in organizing various office events such as annual event, training, picnic etc.
  • Procurement of consumables, goodies, miscellaneous items, etc.
  • Generating monthly attendance & leave reconciliation reports.
  • Generating monthly inventory, MIS & compliance reports.
  • Asset Management
  • Coordination with BMS team for various requirements related to food cafeteria, parking, guest visits, etc.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance, Recruitment teams & Senior Management in executing various requirements.
Required profile:
  • M inimum Graduate in any stream and 4 to 6 years of experience in any facility management company or corporate office.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Strong organization skills with a problem - solving attitude
  • Smart & energetic professional with strong English communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to pay attention to details, Good interpersonal skills, Innovative Thinking
  • Team working and collaboration
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
