Working as a Executive Assistant at Cooper Lighting Solutions is dynamic. You ll be responsible for ensuring to provide administrative support to the Lighting SpinCo India Head by planning, executing and coordinating the overall administrative activities and events for the new SpinCo, based in Pune

What you ll do

  • The role will involve the execution and coordination of a set of administrative, event and finance/budget control activities, which can include but is not restricted to:
  • Fully manage the Lighting Head and staff calendars, proactively managing overlaps, required meetings, and conflicts
  • Plan domestic and global meetings (in person and teleconference) and coordinate all logistical needs.
  • Schedule domestic and global travel arrangements.
  • Managing visitors and their logistical arrangements
  • Create and/or modify routine and advanced reports/presentations and correspondence relative to detailed questions and information needs.
  • Process complex, global expense reports in our system.
  • Research a wide variety of information requests, prepare and analyze reports by drawing information from multiple sources of data.
  • Other day to day activities as required

What you ll need

  • Bachelors degree from accredited university
  • Minimum of 10 years experience 10+years experience in execution and coordination of administrative workload in multinational organizations and fast paced work environment.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint, Share - point.
  • Must be able to work multiple stakeholders with an ability to prioritize and multi - task
