Taking appropriate action based on requests and feedback. Incumbent is responsible to setup customers and sales associates access in the online portal to access reports and alarmsThe incumbent will be responsible for meeting the SLA s and call metrics to respond to queries and change requests from field associatesAbility to complete multiple tasks and reassess priorities that may change periodically. Preparing daily & monthly reports for management. Communicate and interface directly, either by email, phone, or a web-based screen sharing software, with field management and staff to take direction, ask questions, and solve problemsShould handle projects independently when required. Preparing standard process documents. Work independently but proactively collaborate with team efforts to achieve department and company goals. Requirements in a Candidate: Requirements in a Candidate: BE/ BTech graduate with 1-3 years of industry experience. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and Power point. Excellent written and verbal English communication skillsGood office management skills and excellent team spirit. Proficiency in data analysis and data compilationQuick learnerExperience in SAP (User level) , CRM or ERP systems. Should be well versed with reporting in MS Excel. Candidates who have advanced excel skills like writing Macros etc. will be preferred.
