Nalco Water India Limited has Web Administrator position open in Pune , India. The Administrator is responsible for analysis , troubleshooting and managing connectivity related issues (Gateway and Modem) and resolving email queries. Main Responsibilities include: Manage 3D TRASAR Gateways and SIM cards associated with 25K devices. Should be capable of remotely fixing gateway and network issues to support the global Sales and Service Reps. Handle day to day email queries and resolve any connectivity issues. Preparing standard process documents.Requirements in a Candidate: Science / Engineering graduate with 0 2 years of industry experience (Preferred Electronics & Communication) Proficiency in MS Word , MS Excel and Power point. Proficiency in SQL and any programming language is an added advantage Automation Platforms like Selenium or any other similar platforms is an added advantage Define and execute testing and maintenance procedures for electronic software and components Good handle on network and communication protocols Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Good office management skills and excellent team spirit Proficiency in data analysis and data compilation Nalco Company is the world s leading water treatment and process Improvement Company.
