Job Description

Efficient Product Owner to raise product value and manage backlog effectively
Good knowledge in Banking domain, ability to create IT product roadmaps
Deep understanding of financial market products and ability to develop roadmaps with competitor analysis
Good understanding on APIs based product design and basic database concepts
Ability to define personas and detailed customer journeys
Experience in operating with the agile teams
Ability to grasp nuances of business quickly and translate them in to requirements
Ability to solve complex business scenario and break down problems into simpler and understandable tasks
Ability to deliver quick and accurate results for each analysis/task
Excellent communication skills
Ability to perform in a challenging environment with focus on customer experience
Preferably, a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
