Job Description

    his position aids the firms Brand & Communication initiatives in playing a key role for the organizations reputation with its employees and the general public. Looking for an individual who enjoys engaging employees and keeping them abreast with organizational developments. Require good writing, editing and interpersonal skills. The role will involve developing strategies, conceptualization, creation, implementation of various forms of communication activities and programs/campaigns through varied mediums. Proficiency with internal communication tools - EDMs, Posters, Merchandise, digital mediums, intranet, events, Town halls, publishing newsletters, fliers or memos; updating bulletin boards or calendars of events; and managing other tools to produce print and digital copies of communication. The role would require you to leverage and manage vendors, identify new ones, and undertake cost analysis. Understand and adapt prescribed branding guidelines and ensure compliance across. A key part of the role will be to manage communication for the Country Head based out of Pune these would include town hall communications, business updates etc. You will be part of an exciting and fun team that pushes boundaries and supports each other to achieve clearly defined objectives.Connect with local media for press stories, and establish regular connect. Manage messaging and develop content, as and when required, for external mediums. Assist in participation in forums and manage industry relationships.,
