UBS Investment Bank is 2 years into a transformation program to make it a more responsive digital business by reducing lead time and driving up quality. The transformation is a join business and technology venture and is lead by leaders from both global business and technology. So far over 480 teams (3500 people) are part of the program. However we have hundreds of teams waiting to participate in our transformation training and coaching.The transformation strategy is in three stages.1. Creating cross functional teams each with a product manager. The is scaled as Crews, Chapters and Guilds2. Ensure team operates on a fully digital book of work (e.g. JIRA) And is driven by use of business objectives and key results.3. Training & Coaching of teams to the reduce lead time and increase the quality of the delivery of their business OKRs focusing on lean, theory of constraints and other current thinking on making teams responsive and effective.Are you excited by the opportunity to be a coach as part this transformation You will run in person training sessions covering Team Dynamics + Quality & Testing + Lean & OKR.
