We re looking for an AI Operations Engineer in Pune, India to: Configure, maintain, and support the ELK event management platform including its infrastructure to ensure that capacity supports current and future demand; the platform leverages strategic technologies and offerings Plan, prepare ELK event management changes for the DEV, TEST and PRD environments. Plan, prepare and deliver environment refresh activities and platform upgrades Define and govern third-party tool integration with the platform Perform L3 support on the platform to identify issues, working in collaboration with other team members and where applicable the vendor to resolve them within the agreed SLAs Work collaboratively with the vendors to ensure all best practices that they adopt for the SAAS offering are implemented on our on-premise implementation Work effectively within an agile methodology with a focus on fast, efficient and qualitative deliveryYour teamYou ll be working in the Monitoring Engineering team in Pune, India focusing on growing our AI Ops event management platforms within UBS to achieve departmental and organizational goals.The Monitoring team is part Technology Services Automation & Services team which is a horizontal team focused on delivering platforms that provide automation, artificial intelligence and machine learning.The team together with the production support teams are responsible for the global availability of the AI Ops event management platform., Working knowledge of Open Source technologies including o Javascripto Regex o Kafkao rsyslog o elasticbeatso Logstash Understanding of infrastucture (HW, CPU, Memory) and platform (Linux/Unix) Understanding of monitoring setup for event management , incident management. Capability to learn new tools and its functioning in fast paced engineering environment. Understanding of PL/SQL scripts and Unix scripting Excellent communication skills with an ability to explain plans and activites clearly and concisely Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong planning, organisational and coordination skills Good knowledge and experience of working within an agile SDLC framework An ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a team
