Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of coil winding, resistance welding, laser welding and plastic molding as well as
  • ordinary assembly methods like joining, pressing, robotics and manual assembly processes
  • Capacity calculation & machine planning .
  • Execution of project of cycle time reduction & SMED.
  • Well versed with APQP process and documentation.
  • Projects on Material handling systems & ergonomics.
  • Knowledge of MOST, PMTS tool.
  • Well versed with PFMEA tool.
  • Able to work on Auto-cad.
  • Good knowledge of GD and T.
  • Good knowledge of jigs & fixture design.
  • New assembly line development
  • Old assembly line improvement.
  • Identification of process improvements and action.
  • Pokayoke identification and implementation.
  • Process documentation e.g PFD,PFMEA,CP,SOP, Setup etc.
  • Layout improvement
  • New technology introduction
  • Low cost automation.
  • experiences in industrial production and process development
