Ensurethat all daily deliverables are completed accurately and within agreedtimelines by the reconciliation team
Prioritizeand organize workflow for all team members working to very strict deadlines.
Workingon Internal transfers/ FX/ Invoice payment/ Bond trade settlement
Responsiblefor oversight and development of the team ensuring all product, process,systems training needs are addressed. Also including professionalguidance and growth, job enrichment, formalized business training.
Directlymanage the resolution of all operational issues of significant impact.
Buildstrong relationships with internal LAS teams.
Completionof timely, accurate and relevant statistical information to be reported tomanagement.
Responsiblefor the team s adherence to the process and procedures- including but notlimited to- mailbox monitoring; professional timely communications;adequate accurate research for all query resolution; quality ofreporting.
Ensurethe team s compliance with the RCSA framework and all BNYM policies procedures.
Developoperational procedures as needed; assist in the documentation of new systemimplementations.
Recommendand implement enhancements to increase productivity and quality controls.
Completeadministrative duties within prescribed and agreed upon time frames.
Workingin a stringent deadline driven environment with the ability to manage pressureand changing work environment.
Participatein various Audits and Reviews
Minimum24 months of experience as an Analyst.
Minimum24 months of experience in CDO. ( Systems: WSO/NEXEN/IMMS/WRT etc)
REQUIRESCOMPLETE NIGHT SHIFT COVERAGE ( US SHIFT HOURS)
