Job Description

We are looking forward to an Analyst - Cybersecurity Access Request Management based in Pune, India. This exciting role offers opportunity to:
    • Support IAM/ARM processes and technologies including manual provisioning/de-provisioning of access requests, incident tickets and other associated tasks within Service Level Agreements
    • Works within established processes to perform data administrative functions to create, update and revise security data, working with leadership for exceptions.
    • Analyzes, diagnose, and repairs malfunctioning account administration issues. Investigates missing or incorrect security data.
    • Participate in the integration, deployment, and support of IGA/IAM tools and products
    • Reviews Corporate policies and standards regularly and ensures compliance with all such guidelines.
    • Interacts directly with internal/external customers and maintains the highest degree of customer service while instructing users in a one-on-one role on IT security and data administration concepts and guidelines practised by Eaton.
    • Participates in supporting IT projects conducted within their area of responsibility, as well as acts as project lead for appointed internal team initiatives.
    • Determine opportunities for process improvements, ensure continued compliance to standards, and work with leadership and/or stakeholders on development and implementation.
    • Identify areas of opportunities to improve Knowledge Base articles
    • Performs any other duties as directed by management.
    QualificationsRequirement:1.Four-year degree preferably in computer science2.Minimum of 5 years in Cybersecurity 3.Must have experience in manual access provisioning and support of legacy applications. 4.Experience with basic Active Directory administration. 5.Should have a good understanding of cloud access management tools.6.Exposure with support of applications like Azure, Okta and Modern Identity Governance Solution (e.g. Sailpoint, Saviynt) or any cloud solutions is an added advantage
    • Troubleshooting skills to address access-related issues.
    • Knowledge of identity s life-cycle events like create/update/disable.
    • Identity s accounts management like creating accounts/entitlements manually (when required).
    7.Should have experience in working with ITSM Tools like Service Now, Remedy 8.Work independently within self-organizing Agile teams. 9.At least 2 years of experience in access management for legacy applications 10.Working within a global team environment, establishing and maintaining working relationships of remote nature. 11.Nice To Have Experience in:
    • ITIL certification or knowledge of best practices
    • At least 1 year of experience with cloud platforms Azure or AWS
    • Complete understanding of Identity Governance topics like identity lifecycle, role-based access, certification, access request workflows, SoD, audit
